Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges
All products are sold “as is”. You assume the responsibility for your purchase, and no Refunds will be granted after the item has been shipped.
Items may be exchanged for full store credit within 20 days of the sale.
To be eligible for a return exchange, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging or attached to the original tags where applicable.

Return Exchange for Store Credit (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed as store credit, and a credit will automatically be applied to your store account within 5 days of processing.

Special Sales items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned for store credit, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned for store credit.  All items sold at The Gown Company are discounted from their original retail prices, and may be exchanged for store credit when applicable.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only exchange items within 20 days after purchase.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
